Online Physiotherapy

Online Physio or ‘telehealth’ is a physiotherapy consult over a video call. All of our consultations are conducted through our secure practice software, so you can rest assured it is as private as a typical appointment!

Not at all! It is as simple as answering a video call on your phone, tablet or computer!

Your physiotherapist will have a discussion with you about your problem and provide education on what is going on, make recommendations on self-treatment methods, make referrals (if needed) and make recommendations on rehab exercises to develop a sound treatment program! Your physio will also be able to go through scan results if needed too!

Obviously, you will not have the benefit of hands-on therapy. However, evidence shows online physio is still effective, escpeially if it is difficult to book a face to face appointment with your physio or doctor!
